What was the highlight of HOTEL MYSTAYS Yokohama Kannai
A pleasant and restful stay
The staff was the star of the place. Both the 2 male staff on duty when we checked in at night and the 2 female staff on duty the next morning were excellent - very friendly, helpful and patient. The room was big enough for Japanese standard. The provision of in-room universal travel adaptors was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean and quiet. Great location.
The lobby/entrance area could use a few more seats for guests to rest, to wait for reception service, etc.

Nice hotel, great location near food and convenience stores
Only thing I didn’t like was the laundry experience. Unfortunately the dryer was not working well on my clothes and prevented me from leaving the hotel for the day as I waited for dry clothes

Comfortable stay
The location was very close to the Kannai and Bachamishi stations, and lots of other convenience stores are within reach. The room, despite its size, was comfortable and always kept clean. The gesture of providing the pyjamas was very nice, hope it lasted till the very last night - it only lasted until the 3rd night.
